I use interview skills honed over decades of experience as a reporter, multimedia producer, and communications coach to draw out and document experts' latent knowledge.

These interviews are dynamic and nuanced. They access information that can't be found by using a static list of interview questions.

I follow pathways to knowledge that only open as the interview progresses. I know as I go what the next question should be to open new pathways. 

With careful listening and watching, I can sense when someone is within inches of finding a new seam of informational gold, and know the subtle prompts to offer in those moments to help them unearth that new content.
